Qova Practitioner app for iPhone and iPad

Qova is an On-Demand service application which provide temporary cover staff (Bank staff) to organizations when required.

Qova helps organizations whom are short staffed for various reason (staff absents, sickness, maternity) or in need of additional worker by providing an immediate cover from its numerous members across UK.
Qova achieved this by targeting and supplying demand service to candidates or practitioners within a particular area.
When companies require service all they need to do is to send a service request, this will be received by our system and Practitioners will receive alerts of the required service. Companies will be able to view candidates who responded, view their location and reviews and accepts candidates if satisfied with all conditions. Practitioners can accept or decline company’s request.

Qova plan to remove boundaries created by recruitment agencies, by allowing candidates across areas to receive and accept job that are miles away from them if the service request and payment is worth the travel.

All Practitioners will be properly screened, documents verified and DBS checked before application is accepted and service can be used.
